High-performance roof ventilators, acid-resistant and suitable for industrial exhaust air
Single-inlet ventilators for use in industrial environments with highly aggressive exhaust air, such as those found in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries or in laboratory facilities. Suitable materials include PVC, PE, PPs, PVDF, as well as the composite materials PVC/GRP, PP/GRP and PVDF/GRP.
Special features:
High-performance roof-mounted centrifugal fans of the MDN (low-pressure series) and MDM (medium-pressure series) ranges are designed for airflows of up to approx. 60,000 m³/h and pressures of up to approx. 3,000 Pa.
They are characterised by high efficiency and pressure-stable performance curves.
The MDN series achieves its maximum performance in the maximum efficiency range.
Drive motors, designed for optimum efficiency, are therefore sufficient for all operating points on the performance curve.
Type D
High-performance fans with direct drive. The impeller sits directly on the drive motor shaft.
All our industrial roof fans are available as direct-drive versions with single-stage, multi-stage or continuously variable (frequency-controlled) drives.
The following materials are available: PVC, PE, PPs, PVDF, as well as the composite materials PVC/GRP, PP/GRP and PVDF/GRP.
The following materials are available for the impellers: PVC, PP, PVDF, stainless steel, as well as steel in hard-rubber-coated or coated versions.
Housing/Housing positions
The housings are manufactured as sturdy welded constructions and, depending on the material, are designed for the following temperatures:
