Modular absorption systems for the confectionery industry

This absorption system consists of JMK components:

High-efficiency MAA-type scrubber:

Our innovative industrial exhaust air column scrubber reliably removes even the smallest particles and airborne substances from production exhaust air, e.g. sugar dust, flavourings, VOCs, ethanol and cocoa butter vapours.

High-performance fan type MN:

The integrated high-performance radial fan for exhaust air from the low-pressure series ensures a constant air flow, thereby guaranteeing effective mixing of the exhaust air with the absorption liquid. This increases the efficiency of the entire system and reduces operating costs.

Plastic ducts

The plastic ventilation ducts connect the various parts of the system and ensure efficient air flow. They are made from high-quality plastics, are corrosion-resistant and durable.

Robust stainless steel control cabinet:

Our control unit, made from high-quality stainless steel, guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, even under demanding industrial conditions.

Environmental awareness in production:

Our exhaust air scrubber systems ensure environmentally friendly production methods that not only improve exhaust air quality but also underline your corporate social responsibility. Benefit from a sustainable solution that makes sense both economically and ecologically.

Corrosion resistance:

Our plastic systems are corrosion-resistant and are not affected by sugar vapours, moisture or other chemicals. This ensures a longer service life for your system and reduces maintenance costs.

Hygienic plastic systems for the food industry:

The plastic materials we use are easy to clean. This is particularly important in the confectionery industry, where preventing contamination is of the utmost importance.

Lightweight and flexible:

Müller Kunststoff’s plastic systems are lightweight and easily adaptable, which simplifies both installation and subsequent maintenance. They can be flexibly adapted to different production conditions and the dimensions of your production area. The modularity of our systems allows for easy integration into your existing system.

Thermal insulation and noise reduction

Plastic has excellent insulating properties, both thermal and acoustic. This leads to reduced heating/cooling costs as well as lower noise levels in the production environment.

Absorption systems from JMK (Joh. Müller Kunststoff) clean production exhaust air in the confectionery industry reliably and economically. The systems are made of corrosion-resistant plastic that can withstand even aggressive sugar vapours or moisture over the long term. At the heart of the system is the highly efficient MAA-type scrubber, which filters volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other pollutants from the exhaust air. A powerful fan ensures a constant air flow and optimal mixing with the absorption liquid, which increases efficiency and reduces operating costs.

The systems are specially designed to meet the hygiene requirements of food production. Smooth plastic surfaces are easy to clean and prevent contamination. Thanks to their modular design, they adapt flexibly to existing production environments.

A robust stainless steel control cabinet reliably controls the system, even under industrial conditions. Furthermore, the plastic provides thermal and acoustic insulation, reducing energy consumption and noise pollution. JMK supplies the absorption systems throughout the EU and supports companies in complying with statutory environmental regulations, whilst simultaneously improving production hygiene and cost-effectiveness.
