Single-inlet plastic fans for uncompromising use in areas with aggressive, acidic or chemical laboratory exhaust air.

Special features:

High-performance radial fans in the ML series are designed for airflows of up to approx. 3,600 m3/h and pressures of up to approx. 3,000 Pa, with plastic impellers up to approx. 1,600 Pa..
They are characterised by high efficiency and pressure-stable performance curves. Drive motors, designed for optimum efficiency, are therefore sufficient for all operating points on the performance curve..
The ML series is a low-pressure series designed specifically for laboratory applications.

Casing materials:

The following materials are available: PVC, PE, PP, PVDF, stainless steel, as well as the composite materials PVC/GRP, PP/GRP and PVDF/GRP.
The following materials are available for the impellers: PVC, PP, PVDF, stainless steel, as well as steel in hard-rubber-coated or coated versions.

Housings and housing orientations:

The housings are manufactured as robust welded constructions and are designed for a laboratory exhaust air temperature range of up to 60°C (PVC material) and 70°C (PP material).
The housings of the “ML” and “MDL” series laboratory exhaust fans are currently deep-drawn up to size 315. The possible housing orientations are designated in accordance with VDMA 24156.

Base frame and mounting stand:

These are manufactured from sturdy steel sections and finished with a multi-layer protective coating. The mounting frames of the ML and MDL series are hot-dip galvanised.

Type D:

High-performance fans with direct drive. The impeller is mounted directly on the drive motor shaft.

Type K:

High-performance fans in belt-driven version, with a flanged double bearing.
