Neutralisation systems for laboratory wastewater

Plastic laboratory neutralisation system for chemical wastewater

Neutralisation system for wastewater neutralisation:

The AWN neutralisation system is designed to neutralise both acidic and basic alkaline wastewater from chemical laboratories.

It works on the batch principle, whereby wastewater is collected in a collection tank. Once the fill level is reached, the wastewater is fed into a neutralisation tank. Lye or acid is added in a controlled manner until the set target pH value is reached.

We offer a mobile filling station for this purpose. This enables the safe filling of lye and acid dosing tanks in your laboratories and maintenance areas. Equipped with drum pumps and mounted on a trolley, it also includes a drip tray and a storage basket for protective equipment and documentation.

Joh. Müller Kunststoff neutralisation systems and filling stations offer you an efficient way to neutralise laboratory wastewater and enable the continuous and safe handling of chemical substances in laboratory facilities.
