High-performance industrial fans, acid-resistant and resistant radial blowers
Sing suction fans for use in industrial areas with highly aggressive exhaust air, as found e.g. in the chemical industry or in laboratory construction.
Special features:
High-performance radial fans of the MDM (medium-pressure series) range are designed for volume flows of up to approx. 60,000 m3/h and pressures of up to approx. 3,000 Pa.
They are characterised by high efficiency and pressure-stable characteristic curves.
The MDN series reaches its maximum performance in the maximum efficiency range.
Drive motors, designed for optimum efficiency, are thus sufficient for all operating points of the characteristic curve.
Type D
High-performance fans with direct drive.
The impeller is mounted directly on the drive motor shaft.
All our industrial roof fans are available as directly driven versions with single-stage, multi-stage or infinitely adjustable drive (frequency-controlled).
The following materials are available for selection: PVC, PE, PPs, PVDF as well as the composite materials PVC/GFK, PP/GFK and PVDF/GFK.
For the impellers, the following materials are available: PVC, PP, PVDF, stainless steel and steel with hard rubber coating or coated version.
Housing/Housing positions
The housings are manufactured in a stable welded construction and designed for the following temperatures depending on the material:

Base frame/Motor mount
These are manufactured from stable steel profiles and provided with a multi-layer protective coating.
Fragment protection
In accordance with the UVV (Accident Prevention Regulations) for fans, our plastic housings are equipped with a burst protection/fragment protection made of stainless steel
