Neutralisation system filling station

Mobile chemical filling station for laboratory neutralisation systems and maintenance, suitable for filling alkali and acid dosing tanks. Available in versions for 20-litre or 30-litre storage tanks, with 2 drum pumps. Mounted on a sturdy trolley with swivel castors, featuring a drip tray and a storage basket for protective equipment and documentation on the handle.

Basic equipment:

  • Service trolley with drip tray for neutralisation systems
  • Two drum pumps
  • Hose holder
  • Storage compartment for prescribed protective equipment

Alkali filling:

  • Mounting for alkali storage container max. 30 litres.
  • Drum pump – alkali (material: PP) with connecting hose and dispensing valve, including infinitely variable speed control of the pump.
  • Electrical connection: Schuko plug, 230V AC.
  • Bracket for filling hose and electrical connection cable.
  • 1-sided or 2-sided neutralisation systems

Acid filling:

  • Mounting for acid storage container max. 30 litres.
  • Drum pump – acid (material: PP) with connection hose and tap valve, including infinitely variable speed control of the pump.
  • Electrical connection: Schuko plug, 230V AC.
  • Bracket for filling hose and electrical connection cable.
